ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL according to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and CODE OF ETHICS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 supplemented by the provisions of Art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08 on Workplace Health and Safety, La Grillo Antonino S.r.l., as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and ethical culture policy, has voluntarily adopted an Organizational Model by implementing issues within the Integrated Quality System that are not directly linked to the quality of the service but that ensure smooth overall management of each activity from an ethical and moral point of view. La Grillo Antonino S.r.l. has appointed an external and competent Supervisory Board that will monitor the smooth running of the integrated system, particularly as set forth in Model 231, and keep it under control.
By approving the Model, the Grillo Antonino S.r.l. Board of Directors intends to reaffirm that loyalty, lawfulness, correctness, and confidentiality in conducting business and performing work are and will always be mandatory values.
